I have spent the last 20 years studying the human body and learning its language. Through my bodywork practice, I have observed that we all share much in common, especially in how we carry our stress, tension, and trauma. That said, each of us also has a unique story that informs how we move through the world, both physically and mentally. It is these small, individual distinctions that alight my curiosity, my hands, and my intuition. Every body is unique and I am here to help you find awareness and balance in yours.
